Early warning system

anelithI can sometimes tell when I'm going to get a migraine when I do poorly on my usual morning Duolingo lessons. It's before any pain or other indicators start, but it's a pretty consistent correlation. Actually good to get ahead of it so I appreciate the early warning. A true "heads up" as it were.
